The Treatment Foster Care program in DC is hiring MSW level Treatment Coordinators. Applicant must be a strong advocate of children and teenagers in the community, school, and placement to ensure success. Position involves the supervision of Treatment Foster Care parents and overseeing the overall treatment of the children and or teenage population placed in their homes. Applicant will be responsible for annual parent evaluations and in-home training of parents when required. Applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing Individual Service Plans geared toward the safety, success and growth of the clients served by the program. Applicants must possess excellent verbal and written skills, problem solving skills, and be prepared to eventually train incoming parents after extensive individual training.
Requirements:Requires MSW. (licensed preferred). Must have valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and reliable vehicle for travel throughout program coverage area. Must obtain appropriate clearance.
