Reporting to our office in Dover and covering Maryland Eastern Shore youth in care; TFC families are in Caroline, Dorchester, Worcester & Wicomico Counties, our IRT program in Delaware is hiring a Treatment Coordinator. Applicant must be a strong advocate of children and teenagers in the community, school, and placement to ensure success. Position involves the supervision of parents and overseeing the overall treatment of the children and or teenage population placed in the homes. Applicant will be responsible for annual parent evaluations and in-home training of parents when required. Applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing mental health plans geared toward the safety, success and growth of the clients served by the program. Applicants must possess excellent verbal and written skills, problem solving skills, and be prepared to eventually train incoming parents after extensive individual training.
Requirements:Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Social Work and licensed social worker in the state of Maryland (LSWA, LGSW, LCSW-C. Proper clearances. Reliable transportation/insurance and drivers’ license are required for travel throughout the program district.
