Treatment Foster Care program in Western, Maryland is hiring for Bachelors and Masters level Treatment Coordinators for their Treatment Foster Care program. Applicant must be a strong advocate of children and teenagers in the community, school, and placement to ensure success. Position involves the supervision of Treatment Foster Care parents and overseeing the overall treatment of the children and or teenage population placed in their homes. Applicant will be responsible for annual parent evaluations and in-home training of parents when required. Applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing Individual Service Plans geared toward the safety, success and growth of the clients served by the program. Applicants must possess excellent verbal and written skills, problem solving skills, and be prepared to eventually train incoming parents after extensive individual training.
Requirements:Bachelors degree in Social Work, AND three to five years experience working with children and families. Experience with behavior disordered youth is mandatory, with an MSW preferable. Applicant must have a social work license.
