Family Based Mental Health Services in Allegheny County is hiring for the position of Family Worker. The Family Worker is responsible for working with a team partner in collaboration with families and appropriate others in the community to assure that therapeutic needs of a designated caseload of children and adolescents with a mental health diagnosis are adequately addressed. In each case the Family Worker will assure that the services delivered both to the target child and to the family are individualized, appropriate to need, child centered, family focused, culturally competent, strengths based, and goal driven. Family Worker will assure that the family has an appropriate crisis and treatment service plan and that the plans guide service delivery. Family Worker’s possess excellent verbal and written skills, problem solving skills, and maintain a flexible schedule.
Requirements:Bachelors degree in human service or a related field and minimum of two years experience with children and families. Must have a driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Must be willing to work non-traditional hours with travel throughout the service area and provide on-call crisis intervention.

Our SWC TFC office in Uniontown has an openings for the position of Therapist. The Therapist is responsible for providing intensive therapeutic services to children receiving services from Pressley Ridge. The Therapist will conduct services in the client’s residence and or community. Services will be specific to the individualized needs of the child. Core services could include the following:
- Strengths and needs assessment of the child and family
- Inclusion of the child as an active member and participant of treatment
- Inclusion of the birth parents, treatment parents and other caretakers as integral members of the treatment team.
- Evaluate, develop and assist in the implementation of any necessary family support services involving the treatment team.
- Provide child centered family focused therapy.
Principle Accountabilities
Provide one on one therapeutic service’s to the child. Support the treatment team in effort to stabilize the child or adolescent.
Requirements:Master’s degree in Human Services Field. Appropriate clearances. Travel is through the service area and the ability to work flexible hours is a must.

The Pressley Ridge SWC program is hiring for part time Community Integration aides: evenings and weekends. The CIA will be responsible for working one on one with the client in the community setting. The CIA will implement the treatment plan and work on social skills, independent living skills, and other targeted skills identified by the treatment team in the community.
Requirements:HS Diploma/Equivalent, Degree in Human Services preferred. Must have valid drivers license, insurance, reliable transportation, and appropriate clearances.
