When it becomes necessary for children to be placed outside of the home, Pressley Ridge offers Treatment Foster Care services. Highly trained treatment foster parents provide care to troubled children in their homes. Our care model - TFC - has been replicated around the world.
- Not Your Typical Foster Care - The children served in Treatment Foster Care are older children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional problems. Most have had at least one previous placement outside their home. Yet, our success rate is 70 to 80 percent. Learn more.
- Not Your Typical Foster Parents - TFC parents make a commitment to unconditional care - to not giving up on the kids. They also must pass our screening process. Learn more.
- Training and Support - We provide Treatment Foster Parents parents with a full complement of training programs, including 42 hours of pre-service training, individualized training in the home and group in-services. We also offer a 24-hour crisis hotline and respite services. Learn more.
