Qualifications

To become a Pressley Ridge Treatment Foster Parent, you must pass these initial screening requirements:

• Be at least 23 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Own a car.
• Have adequate income.
• Have adequate bedroom space for a child.
• Pass criminal and child-abuse background checks.
• If married, have a spouse who is willing to go through training with you and provide backup support.
• If single, have a functional support system that's willing to participate as the staff feels is necessary.
