June 2010 Newsletter
After one of the toughest winters in recent memory, summer is finally here. Since I enjoy distance running, I'm thrilled to have traded the snow and slush for sunshine and warmth. The warmer weather means I can turn my attention to training for the ultramarathons I frequently run. In fact, I am currently training to race in the Badwater Ultramarathon which I am dedicating to the children served by Pressley Ridge.

During this season of thanks and celebration, we take a moment to rejoice in our successes and give thanks to those who have made them possible. In this issue, we celebrate our recent reaccreditation (in record time) by the Council on Accreditation, as well as the successful return of our Ice Cream Fundae fundraiser. Also included are two articles about the personal celebrations of families whom Pressley Ridge has helped to find joy and success. We wish you a holiday season filled with peace and joy!

Pressley Ridge grows into communities where needs for our serve to children and families exist.
