Pressley Ridge has received word that we have been accredited through June 30th, 2017 by the Council on Accreditation. Leaders for each section were identified, given instruction, and left to prepare pre-site evidence. They were them given an on-site walk through. The Council on Accreditation was able to see our true strengths and which areas needed improvement. Areas for improvement were minimal and strengths were numerous.
A few quotes from the report are below:
“Several programs were reviewed in this area; each had its own personality and purpose. All were uniformly excellent.”
“The organization endeavors to be open and transparent, and to conduct its business relationships in a responsible, ethical manner.”
“Excellent service to the community.”
“Staff interviews supported the comment of one client, who stated that staff at many agencies say they will care about clients and families, but staff at this organization really do care.”
“Kids are happy, feel like the programs are beneficial for them and voiced that the programs have helped them become closer with their families.”
