2012 Scramble Golf Outing

When: June 15th, 2012
(Registration starts at 12:00 p.m. with a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. and reception/dinner buffet at 6:00 p.m.)

Where: Sweetbriar Golf Course: 750 Jaycox Road, Avon Lake, OH 44012

Event includes an 18 hole scramble, boxed lunch, beer and non-alcoholic beverages provided all day, bag drop and golf carts, plus a scorekeeper for all golfers. Casual golf attire is required.

In addition, we will follow with a reception dinner buffet, reverse raffle, silent auction and program summary for the kids we currently serve and the opportunities our foster kids will receive from event funding.

Sponsors and donors will be recognized the day of the event in the program. Agency will provide charitable contribution receipts for donations provided.
