Program Overview
Located in Morgantown, West Virginia, Richwood is a Level II step-down, residential facility for male adolescents who have completed a sexual offender program. Our services help youths function more successfully in their communities and make positive decisions to foster healthy lifestyles and focus on strengths.

Who Do We Serve?
To become a resident, youths must be identified as sexual offenders and have successfully completed treatment, meet Level II criteria, be a male between the ages of 15-17, be in legal custody of state, have a current DSM-IV diagnosis, have an I.Q. of 70 or higher and have a history of challenging behaviors.
The Level II facility serves:
- One group of three males (ages 15-17)

Referrals can be made by contacting Intake Coordinator, Melanie St. Clair, at (800) 457-7933. Upon receipt of referral information admissions decisions are made after consulting program staff, viewing assessments from referral source, and use of internal screening processes. Goals, objectives, and strategies are identified in the individualized service and treatment plans. Crisis intervention plan is developed using a multi-dimensional approach.
