TFC Curriculum - The Pressley Ridge Treatment Parent Training Curriculum is a competency-based program designed for for trainers and program managers in the field of treatment foster care to ensure a high standard of excellence in services for children in foster care.
Focus on Children - Focus on Children is a four-hour seminar offered by Pressley Ridge to help educate parents about the needs of children who are experiencing transition as the result of a custody action. Many participants are referred by the Lancaster County Court System; however, any interested parent may attend. Note: Seminars are held in Lancaster, PA.
Clinical & Leadership - Pressley Ridge offers a number of Clinical & Leadership Training courses, including situational leadership, promoting positive performance, and leading effective and efficient meetings, among others.
The Pressley Ridge Institute serves internal training needs and is also revered for applied research, competency-based training, and consultation to children’s services organizations around the world.
The Pressley Ridge Institute’s clinical training, intended for those who work directly with children and families, develops the competencies required to provide effective treatment to children who have emotional, behavioral or developmental disabilities. The quality of the Institute’s training is a primary factor in the success that Pressley Ridge has achieved with troubled kids and families. Consultative services are available across all service types, support department enhancements, and leadership initiatives.
