The Pressley Ridge Family Counseling Center (PR-FCC) is an outpatient program offering comprehensive individualized assessment and treatment for individuals and families with psychiatric and/or behavioral disorders. Pressley Ridge believes in the importance of providing services to youths within the context of their ecology. Research that shows improved outcomes with family involvement supports this belief. Thus, family therapy is our preferred model of intervention. We are also guided by research evidence that tells us psychiatric medication is usually more effective when prescribed together with therapy.
