Pressley Ridge’s residential campuses are a safe haven for children who need a highly structured and safe living environment. The clinical coordinator synthesizes the therapeutic needs of each youth with the program’s implementation of innovative clinical practices. As a member of the program’s leadership team, the clinical coordinator ensures quality service delivery, proactive risk prevention and empowerment of the direct care staff. The clinical coordinator fosters a value-oriented culture by coaching and mentoring program staff through clinical supervision and training linked to trauma-informed practices and family engagement.

The clinical coordinator should have at least a Masters degree in Human Services or a related field and three years of demonstrated clinical practice working with complex youth and families with emotional and behavioral health challenges.
