Pressley Ridge’s residential treatment campuses are a safe haven for children who need a highly structured and safe living environment. Residential Workers support the youth and provide enrichment and learning.

Staff are constantly learning new skills, including group development, problem-solving, de-escalation, therapeutic interventions and how to manage multiple priorities. These skills are foundational to any professional career and develop leadership capacity. Many of Pressley Ridge’s senior and executive leadership began their careers in direct care positions.

The compassion to serve others is parallel to developing the skills to understand how to build a team, face challenging situations and build emotional intelligence. If you’re looking for a challenge that will set the stage for a professional legacy this is it.

We are now hiring for Residential Workers at our Grant Gardens facility.
