Pressley Ridge’s residential campuses are a safe haven for children who need a highly structured and safe living environment. Our residential direct support professionals support the youth in our care and provide opportunities to experience social, community, recreational, and educational activities in a home-like, residential setting. In the Autism Community Integration Program, direct support professionals provide support to young adults at community activities to increase social skills and recreational skills.

Our staff are highly trained in group development, problem solving, de-escalation, therapeutic interventions and how to manage time effectively. These skills are foundational to any professional career and develop leadership capacity. In fact, many of Pressley Ridge’s senior and executive leadership began their careers in direct care positions.

The compassion to serve others is parallel to developing the skills to understand how to build a team, face challenging situations and build emotional intelligence. If you’re looking for a challenge that will set the stage for a professional legacy this is it.

We are now hiring for the following positions:

Direct Support Professional at Home Places

RESIDENTIAL CARE WORKER AT SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF

RESIDENTIAL CARE AIDE AT SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF
