Home Places is a treatment program for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses. The home-like residential setting enables youth to experience social, community, recreational, and educational activities. Home Places provides highly individualized services to youth dually diagnosed with an intellectual disability and mental health disability, including youth with Autism.

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is an essential member of the Home Places treatment team who actively engages program youth in the day-to-day activities that afford them the opportunities to learn, build, and master the skills needed to become as independent as possible.

We are currently hiring individuals (High school diploma and degreed positions) who have a passion for working with youth for the following full-time shifts:

  • 1:30-9:30 p.m.: Sunday-Thursday (5 days/week)
  • Weekend Floater: Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Weekend Live-in Block Shift: Saturday at 3:00 p.m. – Monday at 11:00 p.m. (56 total hours: 40 working, 16 sleeping)
