Danny Cole was appointed Chief Quality Assurance Officer in September 2025. In this role, he is responsible for the organization’s quality assurance program, to include compliance, performance improvement, research, clinical, and risk management.
Danny has over 33 years of experience in the field. Prior to joining Pressley Ridge, he spent 21 years at Abraxas Youth & Family Services overseeing operations and the organization’s quality assurance program. He also worked for the National Family Resiliency Center, University of Maryland School of Social Work, KidsPeace, and the Salt Lake City Detention Center.
Danny earned his Ph.D. in Social Work from University of Maryland, MSW from University of Pennsylvania, and BS in Psychology from University of Utah. He is a licensed clinical social worker in Pennsylvania and Maryland. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
