The Pittsburgh Steelers made the holidays a little brighter for children from Pressley Ridge’s Allegheny County foster care program, Foster Love Project, and Dream.Org.
These young people enjoyed an unforgettable experience shopping at DICK’S Sporting Goods at The Waterfront alongside NFL players including Aaron Rodgers, Ben Skowronek, Calvin Austin, Will Howard, Skylar Thompson, Adam Thielen, Mason Rudolph, Scotty Miller, Marquez Valdes‑Scantling and John Rhys‑Plumlee.
The kids were able to choose clothing, shoes, sports gear, toys and much more. Thanks to the generosity of the Pittsburgh Steelers, many football-loving kids felt seen, celebrated and supported during a season that can be difficult for those in foster care.
We are deeply grateful for partners who invest in the well‑being and happiness of our youth. Moments like these create lasting memories and remind our kids that their community believes in them.
